Leah has over 30 years’ experience working on strategy activation, stakeholder management, client management, facilitation, and programme design to help develop exciting leaders and organisational cultures. Leah is passionate about helping people to bring out the best in themselves and excited by the opportunity Leadrly is creating to do this at scale. When she’s not facilitating groups and inspiring better teamwork, she’s enjoying New Zealand’s magical Northland beaches with her husband Paul and dog Merc.
